Taking some time away from their hectic lives, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted on holiday in Nice, France today (August 2).

The “Project Runway” babe and her singer hubby were joined by their kids on the Indian Princess mega-yacht as they relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

As for her Victoria’s Secret cohort Miranda Kerr, Heidi told press she’ll be a great mother when she and hubby Orlando Bloom welcome their child into the world.

"I think she'll be great. She's very calm, a smart little cucumber that one, and she'll do just fine. The children show you most of the time themselves what you have to do to. You'll learn by watching them, keeping your eyes and ears open."
