As she struggles through her legal and substance abuse drama, Lindsay Lohan isn’t letting it get her down- and she looks super hot on the cover of the new issue of Maxim magazine.

The “Georgia Rule” babe poses in a sexy black and white striped swimsuit for the cover shot, and inside she reveals that she wants to get back to building her career when everything’s said and done.

Of her incarceration, LiLo states, "I am feeling strong. I've experienced a lot in my life, and my mom has given me a lot of faith. This too shall pass."

Lindsay also notes that her ultimate goal is to get back to work. "[My wish is] to focus on myself and my work, and to move all press on me to focus on the work I do."

As for her own personal motto, Lohan explained, "Stay true to yourself always. At the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and be content with the choices you've made, and will make, in your life. Go with your gut!"
